The NIBCA Education Committee was pleased, once again, to be able to offer members a chance at one
complementary tuition to the Rockford Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Rockford Program (a $1,500.00 value).
Collin Martinovich from Schmeling Construction Co. is the winner of this years seat for the program.
